Wood End Farm is a Grade II Listed farmhouse with associated outbuildings on the outskirts of Chorley.  Ian provided advice, support and heritage appraisal for conversion of Grade II Listed Farmhouse, curtilage barn conversion and provision of 4 new residential dwellings, ensuring that the rural setting of the complex was maintained and enhanced.
